HR ORACLE APPLICATION SPECIALIST

Job:

The candidate will serve as a Project Leader for consolidation and digitalization initiatives connected to Oracle HR across Europe, with primary focus on Italy.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of project management and execution, ensuring synching and timing of local initiatives with European projects;
• Communication across large constituencies;
• Building relationship with a very disperse group of stakeholders while aligning the same to rigorous project management methodologies;
• Execution for IT driven projects connected to HR Oracle application while ensuring system designs conform to standards and practices;
• Production and maintenance of project documentation while being accountable for IT operational excellence of assigned project/program

Requirements:

• Technical background
• Knowledge of HR/Benefits arena
• Hands-on experience on Oracle HR
• Program and Project management skills
• Aptitude to be partner with functional/IT stakeholders across organizations (3rd party partners, project partners, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at any level
• Fluency in English

Contract: Project–based contract (12 months)

Workplace: Milan
