Stiamo cercando, per importante cliente multinazionale, la seguente figura:

Job Description:
This individual will be a key member of the Global HRIT support team with primary responsibility for supporting the Human Resource and Payroll/Time Management for Italy.
Requirements:
This position provides SAP HR expertise in more than one of the following areas:
1. Configuration of work schedules, absence/attendance types, wage type generation.
2. Implemented or experienced gross-to-net payroll including gross using Time Management, taxes, posting to FI and off-cycle payroll
3. Experience with CATS Time entry, payroll & time schema/rules.
4. Working knowledge of SAP Human Resources, and Payroll master data.
5. Ability to evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other HR and SAP modules.
Responsibilities and Expectations:

1. Working interactively with Business Process Owners to gather and prioritize business requirements and define business processes that support the requirements.
2. The creation of logical plans to help others understand the environment, big picture, potential problems, and increase awareness/understanding of the solution or problem at hand and recommends standard SAP solutions.
3. Develops and maintains configuration documentation.
4. Ability to use knowledge and experience to educate HR business process owners about SAP HR functionality and best practices.

5. Create functional specifications for non-standard requirements and works closely with ABAP resources to test, refine and validate custom programs.
6. Ability to effectively make configuration changes for SAP Payroll and Time Management modules with appropriate level of testing and quality control.
7. Ability to perform technical tasks within SAP such as create/monitor transports; debug SAP programs, and process BDC sessions. Working knowledge of SAP Security roles and authorizations.
General Requirments:
1. Participation in at least one SAP HR implementation which would have functional/SAP
configuration experience with several SAP HR modules such as organization management,
personnel administration, the Cross Application Time Sheet System, time evaluation,
payroll, and reporting.
2. SAP HR Italy Payroll and Time Management experience is a must.

3. Formal training and extensive experience configuring, implementing, and maintaining
more than one of facet of SAP HR Payroll and Time Management

4. Strong written and oral communication skill.
5. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
